There were seven key state votes this week, and two key votes in Congress. The votes in Congress were additional votes on bills that we have previously featured on our Weekly Wrap-Up.

- HR 5515: The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

- HR 6147: Interior, Environment, Financial Services, and General Government Appropriations Act, 2019, which appropriates funds for various departments and activities related to environmental protection, transportation, urban development, and wildlife.
