On June 21, 2023, The United States House of Representatives passed H. Res. 521, censuring Adam Schiff. This passed on a vote of 213 to 209, and the purpose of this is to censure Representative Adam Schiff for conduct that proponents argued misled the American people and directs the Committee on Ethics to investigate that conduct. On June 21, 2023, the United States House of Representatives passed the CHOICE Arrangement Act. This passed on a vote of 220 to 209 and the purpose of this act is to establish statutory authority for regulations that allow employers to offer individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRAs). On June 23, 2023, the United States House of Representatives passed the Middle Class Borrower Act. This bill, which was passed on a vote of 230 to 189, repeals changes made by the Federal Housing Agency (FHFA) to the fees charged by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, for a conventional single-family mortgage and restrict future fee adjustments.
