1. Remove civics education from our schools.
2. Sprinkle in reductions in science education and reading until we’re 24th in the world.
3. Add a pound of math ignorance until we are rated 39th.
4. Keep facts away, let cool for a few years and we will have cooked up more stupid than self-governance can handle.
