Yesterday, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation from his post, clearing the way for current Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul to take his place in two weeks. The resignation comes after a report from the New York Attorney General’s office found that Governor Cuomo had sexually harassed multiple women and fostered a “culture of intimidation and retribution” among his staff.
